Review #29: Aupres Aqua Active Sleeping Mask EX

Hi everyone! How are you doing lately? I know I  know I am such a lazy blogger...I've been neglecting my blog for a month since January! I'm too busy with lots of stuff like travelling, CNY, working & beauty store...my work is overload in my brain that it cannot contain anymore...tired! But still, I miss my blog so much and all my blogger buddies that I missed out a lot reading their post...gotta catch up back one by one when I'm free >.< So yeah, I have some reviews to be done...and one Valentine's post coming up next hehe <3 For this first review of the month (March) sigh...time passes so fast and scary...I'm gonna talk about one really cool sleeping mask for tonight! It's from Aupres, anyone knows this brand? I don't really know this until I read about this from one of my favorite beauty blogger Fiona Loh at her blog-site Street Love that introducing this product, and good enough that I have the little invitation card that I tear out from CLEO magazine to claim the Aupres sleeping mask samples, and lucky enough during that time period I am around KL so off I go...wandering around Pavilion and get this amazing stuff!

HOW does it looks like?

 This is what I got from the Aupres counter at Parkson Pavilion.

My first intention is to claim 2 deluxe samples of the sleeping mask, then going to buy the full size of the sleeping mask. Now,

the BA is really generous and thoughtful somehow encourage and teach me to use moisturizer because to be honest, I skip that part! So she gave me another free sample

and one small bottle of Sticky Candies which is super cute and a bonus for me!

I was thinking maybe the time I'm visiting was CNY season...anyway I'm a happy girl!

 Here is the 2 deluxe sample of the sleeping mask, 1 for me, 1 for my sis.

 And this is Aupres Pro-Balancing Moisturizing Emulsion II

The BA ask me if I use moisturizer after using serum/essence and I said no. 

She is nice to encourage me to must use a moisturizer after using essence, and she knows that I don't use just because of the oily and warm feeling on my face, and therefore she introduce this...

it is more light and easy to absorb in moisturizer. 

If I'm not mistaken Aupres have 2 types of moisturizer so I'm trying the no.II ones.

It is important to use a moisturizer then continue with the sleeping mask if you want the product to be fully developed.

The steps for night time skincare regime will be like this:

Cleansing --> Toner --> Essence --> Moisturizer --> Sleeping Mask

If your moisturizer texture is heavier than the sleeping mask then you may use the other way round:

Cleansing --> Toner --> Essence --> Sleeping Mask --> Moisturizer

Correct me if I'm wrong, this is what I recall from what the BA told me :)

If I like this I probably will go back and purchase it...but when will I have the time to visit KL again?

 Super love the scent once I open this!

 As you can see the white little dots is the capsules that contains all the good stuff includeing Vitamin C! 

Therefore the product have that fresh feeling and enjoyable while you use.

Note that you must use the spatula given to scoop the mask out because our hands might ruins the freshness of the product.

HOW to use?

Use 2-3 times a week after using a softener and moisturizer. Use the spatula to take up an amount about the size of an almond and apply to cheeks. Starting with the cheeks and forehead, spread carefully from the center of the face outward and blend into narrow areas. No need to rinse or wipe off. Sleep with the mask applied.

This is going to my top recommend product of year 2014! Haha...definitely not regret trying this after introduce by beauty blogger. Love everything of this...the scent, the texture, the light feeling, the capsules that I can crush with, and of course the results to more brightens skin and more radiant. It does not feel sticky at all after using...it is really dewy dewy feeling like water raindrops! This is such an incredible invention don't you think so? Now I'm planning to use it everyday to see how it works...but what about my sheet mask? :(

Simple cute pink semi-transparent jar. Not much on the design but as long as the results is wonderful, it is worth to try right?
